The CFO Game puts a participant in the CFO chair of a fictional company for 15 corporate-finance decisions. EVA moves live, every decision ends with a grade and a ranking against a simulated field of CFOs, and a plain-English learning report closes the session. The organiser designs the company (industry, size, difficulty, length), sends one link, and follows every player live on a dashboard — names, decisions, grades and a team analysis with debrief questions. Players need no app and no account.

What your group gets

• A game you design: industry, company size, difficulty and 3, 5 or 10 decisions. Everyone plays the same company and market shocks.
• One invite link — players type their name and play in a browser on laptops, Android or iPhone, no app or account. Seats match the pack you bought.
• A live organiser dashboard: who joined, who finished, every decision each player made, how the team graded on each decision, the top call, and debrief questions. Download a results PDF, a results image or a CSV for Excel.
• For each participant: an A–F grade on every decision, a simulated ranking, a learning report (PDF) and a Performance Certificate with “Add to LinkedIn”. The certificate records a result in the simulation; it is not an accredited qualification.
• No accounts. Only a player's chosen name, decisions and score are stored, for the organiser's dashboard, and deleted automatically 90 days after the game ends.

FAQ

Does my group need accounts, or anything installed?

No accounts and nothing to install. Players open the invite link, type a name and play in their browser. Their name, decisions and score go to the organiser's dashboard and are deleted automatically 90 days after the game ends.

Is the Performance Certificate an accredited qualification?

No. It records the participant’s result in the simulation and can be added to LinkedIn. How verification works.

Is the game in Arabic?

The interface is in English. Partner materials are in English and Arabic, and the debrief is run in the language of the cohort.

Can it be included in programmes eligible for HRDF support?

Providers can include it in their accredited programmes as a component. The game itself is not HRDF-accredited and we make no claims about reimbursement; eligibility is confirmed by the provider with HRDF.

How do we buy?

Up to 50 players: buy a Team Pass in the iPhone app (Play with your team) and share the link — it works today. Larger groups and invoices: send a request above; invoiced packages are delivered through accredited training providers (coming soon).

Can the number of players be enforced?

Yes. Each pack has a fixed number of seats (5, 10, 25 or 50). A seat is used when a player joins, and once every seat is taken the link tells new players the game is full.
