This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of The CFO Game (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies and, where it conflicts, the stricter protection for you prevails.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or use the App for institutional, classroom, or commercial purposes except under a separate licence.
The App is free to try. The "Pro" upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional content permanently on your Apple ID; it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to the App Store Terms of Sale. You can restore a previous purchase from the paywall.
The App is an illustrative educational simulation. It deliberately simplifies real finance to build intuition about corporate-finance and CFO concepts. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and must not be relied on for any real decision. There is no single "right" answer; the App simulates how CFOs think, not what you should do.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App.
We may update the App and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
