Fitt is designed to be private by default. Your career record, your analyses and the documents Fitt generates live only on your iPhone. Fitt has no user accounts and no sign-in.

What stays on your device

Everything you add to your Vault — your CV, achievements, projects, metrics, certificates, memberships, interests, references and any attached files or photos — is stored only on your device. Your saved opportunities, match analyses and exported PDFs are also stored only on your device. We do not upload, sync, or back up this content to our servers.

What is processed when you run an analysis

When you tap Analyze, Fitt performs live research to help tailor your application. In that process:

• The job text you paste and publicly available information about the company and the person who posted the role are sent to our research service so it can gather public web information (news, announcements, public professional profiles).
• The matching of that role against your Vault happens on your device. Your raw Vault data is not sent during research.
• To generate documents (such as a tailored CV), only the specific facts your device selects — together with the name, headline and contact you choose for your CV — are sent to the service transiently, used to produce the result, and not stored on our servers or in logs.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not show third-party advertising and do not run third-party analytics or tracking on your Vault content.
• We have no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not build a profile of you or track you across apps or websites. The name, headline and contact you put on your CV are used only to generate your results (see above) and are not retained.

Subscriptions

Fitt offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Fitt Pro and Fitt Pro Max), processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment; we do not receive or store your payment details. Fitt only records, on your device, which plan is active. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Third-party services

Our research service uses reputable web-search and AI providers to fetch and summarize public information about the job and company you are analyzing. These providers process only the public/job text described above, not your Vault, and act as processors on our behalf.

Your control & deletion

You can export your Vault as a JSON file, or permanently delete it from within the app (Settings → Delete Vault). Deleting the app removes all Fitt data from your device.

Children

Fitt is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.
