هل يحتاج التطبيق إلى اتصال بالإنترنت؟
لا. يعمل بصيرة دون اتصال؛ كل الآيات والنصوص موجودة داخل التطبيق، فيمكنك استخدامه في أي مكان، حتى في وضع الطيران.
ما اللغات المتاحة؟
واجهة التطبيق بالعربية أو الإنجليزية، ويمكنك التبديل من الإعدادات ← اللغة. أمّا الآيات والمناجاة والحكم فتُعرض دائمًا بلغتها العربية الأصلية، وتتوفر الخطوات العملية وأسئلة التدبّر بالإنجليزية أيضًا.
كيف أبدّل بين مظهر النهار والليل؟
تختار المظهر في الخطوة الأخيرة من التعريف بالتطبيق، ويمكنك تغييره متى شئت من الإعدادات ← المظهر (نهار / ليل).
كيف أكبّر خط الآية؟
من الإعدادات ← حجم الآية، واختر بين صغير ومتوسط وكبير.
كيف أحفظ آية؟ وأين أجد ما حفظته؟
اضغط رمز الحفظ أعلى أي آية. تجد كل ما حفظته في الإعدادات ← المحفوظات، وتجد خطوات جلستك في الإعدادات ← مسار الجلسة.
هل أفقد محفوظاتي إن حذفت التطبيق؟
نعم. المحفوظات تبقى على جهازك وحده ولا نحتفظ بنسخة منها، فحذف التطبيق يحذفها. وقد تُحفظ ضمن النسخة الاحتياطية المعتادة لجهازك بحسب إعداداتك.
متى تتجدّد رسالة المحراب؟
كل يوم عند الفجر، في الساعة الخامسة صباحًا بتوقيت جهازك. تجدها أول ما تفتح التطبيق.
كتبت كلمة ولم أجد نتيجة، لماذا؟
يقترح عليك التطبيق حينها أقرب موضوعٍ إلى كلمتك، ويمكنك أيضًا فتح استكشف المواضيع. نعمل على إضافة مواضيع وآيات جديدة في التحديثات القادمة بإذن الله.
وجدت خطأً في نص، كيف أبلغ عنه؟
اضغط زر ••• أعلى الشجرة، ثم الإبلاغ عن النص، واختر الجزء المعنيّ وسبب البلاغ. يُحفظ البلاغ على جهازك، ويمكنك إن شئت إرساله إلينا عبر إرسال البلاغ بالبريد. شكرًا لحرصك، فكل بلاغ يساعدنا على خدمة النص بأمانة.
كيف أرسل ملاحظاتي؟
افتح الإعدادات ← شاركنا بملاحظاتك، واختر ما يناسبك واكتب ما تشاء (النصّان اختياريان)، ثم اضغط «إرسال». الإرسال مجهول الهوية: لا يُرسَل اسمك ولا بريدك ولا أي معرّف لجهازك، وهو الاستخدام الوحيد للشبكة في التطبيق. بقية التطبيق يعمل دون اتصال.
هل يرسل التطبيق إشعارات؟
لا. بصيرة لا يرسل إشعارات أبدًا؛ رسالة المحراب تنتظرك متى فتحت التطبيق.

Frequently asked questions, and how to reach us.
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. Baseera works fully offline. All Ayat and texts are inside the app, so you can use it anywhere, even in Airplane Mode.
Which languages are available?
The interface is in Arabic or English. Switch in Settings → Language. Ayat, supplications and wisdom are always shown in their original Arabic; the practical steps and Tadabbur questions are also available in English.
How do I switch between Day and Night?
You choose the appearance at the last step of the introduction, and you can change it at any time in Settings → Appearance (Day / Night).
How do I make the Ayah text larger?
Go to Settings → Ayah size and choose Small, Medium or Large.
How do I save an Ayah, and where do I find it?
Tap the bookmark above any Ayah. Everything you save is in Settings → Saved, and the steps of your session are in Settings → Session trail.
Will I lose my saved Ayat if I delete the app?
Yes. Saved items live only on your device and we keep no copy, so deleting the app deletes them. They may be included in your regular device backup, depending on your settings.
When does the Message of the Mihrab change?
Every day at Fajr, at 5:00 AM in your device's time zone. It is the first thing you see when you open the app.
I typed a word and found no result. Why?
The app then suggests the closest topic to your word, and you can also open Explore topics. More topics and verses are coming in future updates, God willing.
I found an error in a text. How do I report it?
Tap the ••• button at the top of the tree, then Report this text, and choose the part and the reason. The report is saved on your device, and you can choose to send it to us with Send the report by e-mail. Thank you for your care; every report helps us serve the text faithfully.
How do I send feedback?
Open Settings → Share your feedback, pick an option and type what you like (both texts are optional), then tap Send. It is anonymous: no name, e-mail or device identifier is sent, and it is the app's only network use. Everything else works offline.
Does the app send notifications?
No. Baseera never sends notifications. The Message of the Mihrab is waiting whenever you open the app.
