الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق (فوري)

افتح تطبيق «ساحة 99» وسجّل الدخول.
اذهب إلى تبويب «ملفي».
اضغط «حذف الحساب» ثم أكّد.

يُحذف الحساب فورًا مع كل بياناته.

الطريقة 2: بطلب عبر البريد (بدون التطبيق)

أرسل رسالة إلى alhassan.mu@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب ساحة 99» من نفس البريد المسجّل في حسابك، واذكر اسم اللاعب إن أمكن. ننفّذ الطلب خلال 7 أيام ونرسل لك تأكيدًا.

ما الذي يُحذف؟

الحساب: البريد، اسم اللاعب، رقم الجوال، المدينة والمدرسة.
التقدّم: المستوى والنقاط والإتقان وسجل المباريات والأصدقاء والإنجازات.

ما الذي قد يبقى؟

قياسات استخدام مجهولة تمامًا (معرّف جهاز عشوائي بلا اسم أو بريد) تُستخدم لإحصاءات عامة.
بلاغات الأسئلة والشكاوى التي أرسلتها تبقى لتحسين المحتوى، لكن بعد فصلها عن حسابك (بلا اسم أو بريد).
سجلّ الاشتراك لدى Apple أو Google Play وخدمة RevenueCat وفق أنظمتهم المحاسبية. الاشتراك نفسه يُلغى من إعدادات المتجر، وحذف الحساب لا يلغيه تلقائيًا.

Delete your Arena 99 account (English)

In the app (instant): open Arena 99 → sign in → Profile tab → Delete account → confirm. Your account and all its data are deleted immediately.

By email (without the app): email alhassan.mu@gmail.com from the address registered on your account with the subject "Arena 99 account deletion". We complete requests within 7 days and confirm by email.

Deleted: email, player name, phone, city/school, level, points, mastery, match history, friends and achievements. Kept: fully anonymous usage counts (random device id, no personal data), question reports and support tickets you sent (unlinked from your account), and subscription records held by Apple / Google Play / RevenueCat under their own accounting rules. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it in your store settings.
